What conditions require an in-person visit?

Certain conditions, such as recurring UTIs, pneumonia, COVID/flu/RSV/strep testing, and shortness of breath, require in-person visits to ensure accurate diagnosis and proper care.

Can I start with telehealth and switch to in-person?

Yes, you can begin with a telehealth consultation, and if further evaluation or testing is necessary, we can schedule an in-person visit. Additional charges may apply.

Telehealth Services

How do I schedule a telehealth visit?

Peak Family Health members can schedule through the Member Portal. Non-members schedule through the Non-Members page.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection and a camera for video calls.

Can I get prescriptions during telehealth visits?

Yes, if appropriate, your provider can evaluate your symptoms and prescribe medication during telehealth visits, including treatments for migraines, headaches, and ED.

In-Person Visits

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, all in-person visits require an appointment to ensure adequate time for your provider to address your concerns thoroughly.

Are lab tests included?

Lab tests, such as COVID/flu/RSV/strep testing, may incur additional fees depending on the test. Your provider will discuss costs during your visit.

Do you provide home visits?

Yes, but there must always be another adult present before we enter the home. If unavailable, we will bring an adult assistant for safety measures.

Are telehealth services unlimited with membership?

No, memberships do not include visits. Members pay for each telehealth visit ($50) and in-person visit ($80) at discounted member rates.

Do membership fees cover all services?
